MOVEMENT !!

The inclusion of the right movement for your body is just as important for achieving deep health and wellness as the proper nutrition and habits, ultimately lining you up to the path of longevity. We’ve been through so many phases of what we thought was movement but turns out it was masquerading under the name “fitness”. When we finally learned the difference, our body composition, energy and strength elevated to new levels! Learning how to work with our bodies, supporting injuries, illnesses, and other surprises as they crept along while gaining considerable patience and understanding for the process of recovery. 

Always keeping an open mind, and a supportive partner at hand, we’ve both enjoyed experimenting with various types of workouts, with plenty of rest to allow those sore muscles time to recover! It’s about keeping an open and curious mind, experimenting and exploring, and having the body learn new movement patterns and routines which in turn gives room for growth both physically and mentally. 

We’re no fitness professionals, just two who’ve tried and failed then tried and succeeded. We’ve spared no detail in the search for the right information and incorporated it as needed along the way, now making it publicly available….. so we encourage you to embark on finding YOUR movement!!
